Elcoteq in the Scandinavian Electronics Event
S.E.E., the biggest electronics exhibition in the Nordic countries, is being held from 13-15 April 2010 in Stockholm, Sweden. This year’s event is a renewed concept of the former Elektronik EP exhibition, which now targets a wider audience.
Elcoteq is currently among the 270 exhibitors on display. Products and services on offer range from electronics and component manufacturing, wireless technology, testing and measuring equipment as well as embedded systems.
At the Elcoteq booth, visitors got a chance to discuss about the latest developments in the industry and explored how Elcoteq can help as global Product Life Cycle Partner through Manufacturing Services, Engineering Services, Fulfillment Services or After Market Services.
Among several product launches were Siemens’ new SIPLACE SX with Capacity on Demand as well as Showcase Sweden’s PrintDreams camera with a building printer.
The exhibition was accompanied by panel discussions and keynote speeches. Jöran Hägglund, secretary of state, Swedish Ministry of Enterprise opened the exhibition with a speech pointing out the importance of electronics industry for Sweden. He has strong hopes that soon new jobs will be created and the industry’s impact on the climate will e reduced.
